The Hofmann Bros brick building on Fifteenth street was under construction by May 1892 and they had a grand opening on September 3, 1892.
One article on April 15, 1893 proclaims that a bowling alley would be installed next to the Hofmann Bros. saloon. So far, I have not found any additional information to support that a bowling alley was ever constructed when searching for Hofman, Hoffman, Hofmann or Hoffmann. The Hofmann Bros. resort was fairly popular and the saloon was well equipped. |
