Sealed proposals for the Post Exchange and Gymnasium were accepted by the Constructing Quartermaster until March 17, 1904. The contracts were awarded and announced on March 31, 1904. The Brunswick Balke Collender Company was chosen to install two bowling alleys at a cost of $950. |
