Sid Givens was the manager of the alleys per the 1937, 1939-40 & 1941-42 Ives Business Directory and the 03-31-1944 Fort Warren Sentinel. Sid Givens was the manager of the alleys per the 1939-40, 1942 & 1945 Polk Cheyenne City Business Directory. Walter Singleton and Ray Buskohl were the owners/managers of the alleys per the 1950, 1953-54 & 1955 Rocky Mountain Business Directories. Walter Singleton and Ray Buskohl were the owners/managers of the alleys per the 1948, 1950, 1952, 1954, 1955 & 1957 Polk Cheyenne City Business Directories. In 1954, the 6th Annual Wyoming Men's State Bowling Tournament held the Team Event here in conjunction with the Doubles & Singles Event at Cheyenne Bowling Lanes. This eight lane center closed in 1964 and the proprietor Dansel opened Recreation Bowling Lanes (#2) at a new location with twelve lanes. |
